Very calm street, easy to park the car on the street (or in hotel parking), good bus and metro connection to arrive in 20min to the centre. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is extremely friendly

We had a family room (2 adults a and 2 children) for 2 nights. Very comfortable and well designed room. Really beautiful view from the window. It is 25 minutes to the city centre, but bus stop is near, in front of the hotel, and U bahn station is 10 minutes walk. Very nice surroundings and nice walk to the U bahn station. The kitchen is very small, it is not for somebody who would like to stay longer and cook there, but this was not our case. Everything was clean. Our bed was comfortable but sofa bed is less comfortable, but it is suitable for children. We were not decided about parking, but in the street is quite expensive, we book our parking in the garage just in the moment of arrival without any problem.

The staff were amazing 👏 very friendly and welcoming! Malony, if you're reading this, I wanna thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️ you're such an amazing soul..💖 The location of the hotel was relatively close to everywhere! No hassle whatsoever 👌 public transportation was very frequent and easy to get to wherever we wanted to visit. Hamburg is my place to go. Thanks to all the staff members; Latts, Aman and Malony.
