Hotels in Kirchrode, Hannover

This was an exceptionally lucky find for us on booking.com. We were so happy with our stay here, everything was to our satisfaction. In a lot of details it exceeded our expectations and added more enjoyment to our trip. We stayed for two nights (but wish we had booked longer) and it was great communication with the hostess from the outset. She kept us informed and on the day of arrival it was arranged that she would meet us at the property. Everything worked well and access to the property was swift with no issues. Property is in an absolutely fantastic location! Really one of the best. We've already decided that for all future trips to Hannover, this is our new number one choice in accommodation. It's in a quiet residential close, outside parking (plenty). Five minute walk into the centre, two minutes to the main bus routes, station etc. Shops, restaurants etc. There aren't two separate bedrooms in the property as described in the listing, nor are there two bathrooms. There is one bedroom with two single beds in the back room. Leading off this room is a fantastic exterior terrace area. The main living room has another single bed at one end, kind of "partitioned off" by the placement of a cupboard. At the other end of the living room is a comfy leather sofa for fantastic enjoyment of the great TV. The TV is set with all popular and current services and applications. There are only three single beds in the property. There is a fabulous renovated bathroom with a bathtub, no shower. In addition there is a separate WC opposite the front door. Kitchen is great, fully equipped - all you would need. Dining area, large table. Just fantastic, thanks so much for having us!

the staff was so nice and smiling. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our night here. The rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Nice beds with very comfortable pillows and duvets. Excellent breakfast with bacon and eggs, fresh juices, hot bread, fruits etc. Delicious. Very convenient location close to the M7.

The hosts were very accommodating and even though I was a little later arriving than the time I mentioned - this was no issue at all. The main thing was that the bed was very comfortable and the facilities cosy! I would recommend again the next time i am in hannover for the fair.

Absolutely recommend staying in Villa Tosca. Mrs Walters is the most hospitable, attentive and kind host we rarely experience. Stayed in Villa Tosca 3rd time and definitely will be coming back again. Rooms are super big, bathrooms too, it's super clean everywhere and breakfast is plentiful. Perfectly located in quiet area, next to city park, restaurants, stores and public transport. We always feel very welcome, including Cela our dog who also gets a lot of lovely attention. Vielen dank ❤️

I have stayed at dozen of hotels. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable. Thank you so much. The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

The location was excellent. A quiet residential street. Close to the train station on arrival but also close to the tram stop. access around Hannover was very easy. The property was excellent. No breakfast was provided as it was not requested. There is an Aldi close by to buy food requirements. I would highly recommend the apartment.

We had a lovely stay in Hannover. The loft was clean with plenty of natural light. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Hannover

I know it's a cliché but this was really a home away from home and I'm so glad I canceled another hotel I had booked and changed to this one. Such a sweet boutique hotel. Staff are always smiling and ready to assist. Breakfast was so good and generous that on the second day I had to request that they cut down the quantities they were serving me to half. And even that was more than enough. You get to choose in advance from a range of high quality products from diffrent cheeses, cold cuts, smoked fish add egss made to your choice. Fruits are fresh, coffee is great and music is wonderful. I stayed in a single room which was large and comfortable. I realy recomend this hotel. Also as it's very close to the city center.
