This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Everything is perfect here. It is indeed the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in Germany. It's service is superb and beyond words, from valet parking, to reception, to luggage carrying to the room. They made you feel being treated like they really care about you. This hotel went beyond our expectations. The location, the staff, the rooms, the view, the service, everything is impecable and beyond what we thought (and read) it would be. Front desk: very friendly staff. They welcomed us with a tea while we waited for our room to be ready. The room: 10 points with an exceptional view to the cute square in front of the hotel. Walking distance from the city center. Breakfast: supreme. We could even get some sandwiches for our way back home and they also gave us a voucher with a complimentary drink (tea, coffee, beer) to take at any time with us. And the cherry on top: they gave us a souvenir (mug) to take home with us. For sure an experience we will remember! Thank you Rafaela hotel for the beautiful experience in Heidelberg!

The location was amazing and the staff was really nice. Beside the central location it was very quite and confortable though.

Excellent location a short walk to the old bridge, secure parking, friendly and fun/informal service, huge comfortable rooms, great range of amenities, lovely bathroom/shower. Cannot think of anything I would suggest to improve.
