I arrived in Heidelberg much earlier than planned, and the room was not ready yet. However, I was able to talk to the cleaning staff, who were super kind. They kept our luggage and managed to put it into our room safely. The owner of this property also communicates actively via text message.

Nice place, nice atmosphere, very quiet all the time. The kitchen is fully equiped and with enough space. We loved that you can rent a bike for free! Also a lock if you forget to bring your own. The location is great, you have supermarkets nearby and a bus station that takes you to the cirycentre quite fast.

The location was great. The staff and breakfast there were exceptional. The furniture was a bit old and the room could have more things in it.

Away from the main old town strip, but close enough for walking not to be a put off. We walked from the train station, on the way back walked up the road to Bismark Platz and caught the tram
