What a great surprise this brand new hotel in the city center of Karlsruhe with very nice personnel. Cinema styled nice room with mini-bar, good bed and great towels. The breakfast was gorgeous and very complete in a nice atmosphere. We enjoyed the crockery and where surprised by the special kids set.

Very spacious apartment with huge rooms, a real home from home. Decor is very stylish in every room but comfort level is also high. Lots of thoughtful things for guests to borrow during their stay, even colouring books for children. Tram stop is right outside and a good play area for children too.

The location is great. Super easy to reach the city center just by walking. Many public parking spaces around the hotel as well. The bed is comfortable, with plenty of pillows.

I loved that the rooms are already renovated! (please update photos on booking.com so people see how great is the new design!) Staff was very understanding and patient while I was choosing the room that I like most. They also were ready to provide more coffee (I was at Executive queen room with minibar and coffee machine included) The room was really quiet and I loved the design, bathroom, furniture and how soft were the blankets. Breakfast was also amazing in choice and quality of food offered! Thank you very much it was an amazing stay for me.

Very nice and beautifull. Hotel rooms are located above the restaurant. Close to the city centre. Room was quite tiny but has all you need. It looked brand new, very clean and has a nice style. Shower was perfect! Good airconditioning as well. Even got some welcome shots👍🏻. Asked for a baby bed and they put it already in the room when we arrived. Overall: very, very good.
