With Martina and Siggi you really feel welcome and like their best friends. It was a pleasant change compare to "stay with local" type of accomodation when you receive only code to unlock your door but never meet the locals. The accomodation has garden where you can relax and I was allowed to park my bike here. It is located is in peaceful area approximately 40 minutes by public transport from the city center, but you can also find supermarkets nearby. Although you share the house with the owners, you have privacy with the facilities on your floor. The rooms are comfortable and thematically designed, bathroom is shared but doesn´t feel crowded.

Set in a quiet location on the outskirts of Munich, yet close to Untermenzing S-Bahn (suburban rail) station, this charming hotel offers delightful accommodation in a Bavarian country style.

The place is superb, the staff beyond friendly and caring. The small details here from the staff was superb, we had a little minibar that was filled and you could empty it free of charge, there was a nespresso in the room with enough capsules. Great beds, don't closed those shutters as you will sleep a long time as the room is dark. This room was stunning.

The hotel is really excellent, close to Oktoberfest. I was at Oktoberfest a lot and didn't see the hotel. Highly recommended. Excellent breakfast. 10/10. Recommend to everyone.
