The staff was very nice and helpful. They're always there for you. The bar and reception area (also breakfast area) was very welcoming. Breakfast is nice, a bit expensive but comfortable for busy days. The room is just the right size. The shower is clean and comfortable, although there is something weird with the water (one second super hot, then super cold). It was really a good experience for us in Munich with this hotel!
