Very new hotel, so everything, lobby, restaurant rooms look fresh, but the interior and design is such that it can last a while, very friendly staff, very nice rooms, a very good restaurant even if you are not staying there. Breakfast is one of the best. Highly recommend. Location is not in the centre but that is an advantage for price level as well as tranquility and safe surroundings. Munich city centre is not what it used to be

The location is perfect, barely a minute to the U-Bahn. Also, the staff at check-in helped check with housekeeper and tried to get me to check in after my long flight, even though I arrived before the check-in time.
