The room apartment was exactly as per pictures shown on the website.
We were welcomed by very nice receptionists ,all had good English communication and very helpful. The reception was always helpful at any time.
Our room was located to the main road. It had a small kitchen with small cooker, kettle, toaster, sink, small fridge/freezer, dish washer an iron for clothes and a small hair dryer. The bathroom with a big shower with hot water, toilet and sink and a towel heater. The bed was comfortable with feather pillows. And a sofa bed too. And a small table. It was very warm, no need for lots of clothes onces you are in the room cos it's warm.
Location was perfect just 10 min walk to lidl. Right outside is the tram which tickets can be bought from the reception or on the tram. Very easy to use. It was just about 10 min by tram to the centre.

Large room overlooking courtyard area. Convenient location very close to railway station and within easy walking distance of the city centre. Voucher towards breakfast or a drink at the bar offered as option for not having room cleaned during the nights in the middle of the stay. Unlimited coffee and apples available at reception. Friendly reception staff. Very good breakfast and available from 6.30am. Availability of unlocked cupboard / room for ironing and for extra supplies if needed - eg towels, toilet rolls etc.
