My parents had a delay while moving from another city to Munich, but the owner reassured them by saying that he would wait and that they should contact him at any time. He also welcomed them warmly when they arrived and he lived next door, so he was very helpful whenever my parents needed help. Also, the accommodation was very cozy and there were restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so it was easy to buy groceries. I would like to thank you again on behalf of my parents.
