Everything! This is the very best hotel to enjoy Oktoberfest! It’s super clean and comfy! Amazing bed, great shower! It is exactly above a subway station, the exact line that goes to the fest, so easy! There is a big shopping mall across the street and also 3 supermarkets in the subway access.

Everything. It was clean, spacious, modern and it had A/C for the crazy summer. I had a kitchen which came in hqndy. It felt like coming home after whatever activity i was doing outside in the city, and it felt like some here I could rest and decompress. Internet was great as well! Over all i had a great day experience here and if you are ok NOT have room service, this place is GREAT!

Good transport connection, Bus stop just a few minutes away. Buses 55 and 139, with a transfer to the u Bahn or S Bahn, will take you to Munich and East Munich main stations. The host and their team responded promptly to our needs and queries . They were always there to assist when needed. Our thanks to Egoh and the young lady who helped us with the bags. We really appreciated their plumbing team who helped to fix the water heater late in the night. Thank you, Mr Bulgaria, you made our stay really comfortable. They supermarket chain Rewe is just 5 minutes away. The rental rate is pretty good, with such a large apartment. We are deeply impressed with the level of service provided by Kalm Stay, not to mention the complementary coffee capsules provided. We will not hesitate to re book this apartment if we do visit Munich again.
