Very warm, even if it's in a basement. Decorated and.equiped very well. Terrace is a brilliant move. Very good bathroom. Easy check-in and check-out procedure. Close to market and some restaurants. Easy to find a free parking spot.

Great breakfast. Otherwise it is a hostel.... nice, clean, quiet place and area, situated in a park, 5 km walk along the river to the city centre (or metro nearby)....but a hostel... :-) , great pub nearby....zoo

Excellent location, very quiet, friendly staff. Very comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect facilities for a family with two teenagers as they could cook and continue to eat as teenagers do. Short walk to a variety of supermarkets. Living area was brilliant as there is a huge table 4 people were able to work on laptops in comfort.

Great location just outside the city green zone, with free on street parking. Its easy to go into the city by public transport. The hotel is great, comfortable and clean. Recommend it.

Great new apart hotel with Brazilian vibrant and colorful interior design, at an attractive price, right next to S-Bahn station. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen annex, rooftop terrace, kind and helpful staff. A few weeks later we stayed at Rioca Stuttgart and had the same positive impressions.

This Holiday Inn lies in the Obersendling district of Munich, just 8 km from the city centre. It features air-conditioned rooms, an international restaurant.
