EVERYTHING!!! This smart apartment surpassed our expectations. We were amazed by wireless charging and modern bluetooth speaker units (also included in the mirror of the bathroom) - owner's advice on where this modern unit can be bought will be highly appreciated :). Cozy bed, fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff and perfect location for a tourist or anybody who wants to use public transportation instead of renting a car. Every transport is close to the hotel - Metro, S-Bahn and bus. We will definitely visit Rioca again!!

We were upgraded up to premium apartments (4stars hotel in the next building). It was spacious, modern and cozy apartment with big bathroom and a kitchen. Everything was great! Breakfast were pretty good with lots of meat and cheese variants, fruits and fresh bread.

Built in 2018, Hotel Südstern is located 2-minute walk away from Munich-Solln train station, which offers direct connection to Munich city centre in 20 minutes.

Perfect place, in a very nice residential neighborhood, right next to the S-Bahn that gets you to Haupbahnhof in 10 minutes. Underground parking available and free of charge was great.

I have only positive experience.I was there with my daughter.There was a little bit noisy in our bathroom at the night.Manager immediately changed the room.Swimming pool was clean and warm.Breakfast was wonderful. I want to thank the staff for the good attitude.
