We liked that they didn't service the room daily as they put that money to charity, but you could ask for anything you needed..the beds were comfy, the room was lovely..there was a very energetic lovely bar tender in the bar, who was fun and an asset to the hotel..it was about a 10 min walk from the main station and had a lot of shops opposite..

Bed was extremely comfortable, I slept so well each night. Friendly welcome from helpful staff. Location very handy to mall for foodn and to train station. Shower with the changeable pressure option was absolutely divine. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is not too far from the Christmas Markets. It is within walking distance to everything. We had two rooms. They were both very modern and comfortable. It appears that the hotel is getting a makeover. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did some research for us and found out which hospital was the closest and called us a taxi to get to the emergency room at the hospital because our son woke up very ill. This was on Christmas Eve at 5am. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and the dinners there are great! They serve the best schnitzel and panna cotta. It was so delicious!!!
