The bedding was really soft, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a bit pricey but very tasty, and the coffees, and cold drinks were amazing.

I didn't know what to expect from a hostel, but the rooms were very spaceous and very clean. The staff was very friendly and the location is great if you go by train. I also had great roommates which isn't up to the hostel itself but still felt like I should mention.

The location was very nice with a large shopping mall and subway/bus station nearby. I personally loved the staff's friendliness and their prompt responses to our queries. We encountered a few problems with the room condition on the first day of our stay. The staff immediately came back to our place to fix the problem, but it got worse the next day, so we had to call the staff again. Though it was Sunday and her day off, the staff came over to offer a better, upgraded alternative so we could stay in a different room. The staff was super friendly, and I sincerely appreciate their efforts and customer service.

Incredible hotel! It was 10/10 and my satisfaction was on the 7th sky! I have traveled a little bit in my life and can say that it was one of the best hotel. It will kill the business in Germany,it's not normal. It's new,modern, has kind and friendly stuff,great vibe,cozy space and speaker with oven and fridge in a room... sheeesh I want to live there! P.S. Hudson had done the best Mocktail in my life! Honest,courteous and polite,tactful and trustworthy. I love that guy. Obrigado,Hudson:) I know you will read it
