The location of the Hotel is excellent in one of the most attractive places in Copenhagen. As the Hotel is in one of the Historic and very central places I expected that room and lobby and restaurant would not be spacious. Nevertheless there was everything necessary and quality of sleep mattress and pillows excellent. We stayed at a family room. All beds were comfortable. Breakfast was of good quality and enough variety. All employees were Very Friedly and they offered at the Hotel Complimentary coffee and tea all day. Certainly if we visit Copenhagen again we'll stay at this Hotel

We enjoyed our stay very much in this one bedroom apartment. It is cozy and nice, located 1 minute from metro station and 15 minutes walk from city center. It is perfect for two persons. Kitchen has all the appliances you need, including washing machine, tea and coffee maker and toaster which is perfect if you want to make a breakfast. Checking in and out is easy with a code. Special praise for Mariela, who managed our reservation from the beginning and welcoming us. She was very attentive and helpful arranging us additional apartment we asked for our friend. :-)

Exceptional overall experience. We stayed for our marriage (Copenhagen town hall) and the staff went above and beyond for us. including complimentary champagne and sweets in our room on the night of the weeding. The facilities themselves are beautiful and full of character, the location couldn't be better, and not to mention the added benefits of the daily Tivoli passes, bike hire and a wonderful rooftop bar all of which we utilized during our stay. I will absolutely be recommending this hotel, it truly played a part in our wonderful Copenhagen experience.
