Everything. The hosts are amazing. My phone got stolen on the beach and they did everything they could to make me feel better. Made me food , gave me a laptop to use my entire stay. This was the most amazing all inclusive resort we have stayed at. It had only reopened 2 days before our arrival, but felt like they had been open for years. The grounds and buildings are extremely well maintained and beautiful. The staff are utterly amazing and are so friendly. Several members of the staff absolutely made our stay memorable. They treat you like family. The food was amazing in all of the restaurants and the buffet in Ventanas will not disappoint either. The little coffee shop, "Drips", under the stairs on the mainfloor by the theatre was perfect. Great hours, great food and coffee, but it was the staff that will always have a smile and go out of their way to ensure yo are happy. Any review before March 4, 2025 should be taken cautiously, as that was all under the old management and name. The new Wyndham Alltra Punta Cana should be on your bucket list of places to see.

The service was premium, everyone was super keen to ensure we had a great stay. Food was decent for an all-inclusive, the particular standout was the Miraflores Cevicheria - food, drinks, service and vibes were all fab. We ended up eating at Miraflores multiple times during our stay! The breakfast spread was so much more than we expected, there were also staff that made custom omelettes, crepes and chilaquiles. Room service was prompt, minibar contents were included in the all-inclusive price, and if anything needed fixing in the room, someone was sent asap. The bars also did not skimp on the drinks and made them strong! The VIP bar served more premium alcohols. After walking 3km up the beach, Live Aqua definitely had the best set up and chill vibes.

Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.

20 km from Cana Bay Golf Club, Playa Palmera Ocean View is a recently renovated property situated in Punta Cana and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking.
