Peaceful hotel in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Cheap taxi ride into the old town. Lovely selection of items for breakfast with choice of freshly cooked egg dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful - they arranged taxis to and from the airport, stored our luggage and even got up in the middle of the night to receive our delayed luggage.

Pablo, the receptionist, cook, administrator, cleaning person, waiter, and 24/7 help is an exceptional person and tireless worker. I have never seen such dedicated person working single handedly to keep the hotel running smoothly.

The friendly staffs, they are very helpful for travelers. special my flight back to Maimi was 6.am. the hostel is about an hour driving from the airport, so I need to leave the hostel around 3.30 am , the night staff he was very professioanl to check my Urber car is the right car that came for me ( I was travel myself alone), I really appreciated what he did to me. It happened on Sept 28th morning in Quito.
