We have been to the Red Sea area at least 15 times prior, and this was no doubt the best hotel we have stayed in! All the staff was super friendly, great food with a lot of variety, pools were well maintained and long opening hours of the aqua park. The kids also really enjoyed the luna park attractions. The beach was clean and there is a nice house reef for snorkling.

A really nice hotel that offers a good vacation spot for couples.
The personel was extremely friendly and could help us with everything. A big thank you to Hanna who made our trip very special. The rooms were very clean and of very good size. All in all the hotel lived up to our expectations and standards for a five star resort.

Our stay at Jaz Aquaviva was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The service was exceptional — every staff member was kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the entire hotel was beautifully maintained.
The food was incredibly delicious with a great variety every day — something for everyone, and always fresh and tasty. We especially loved the themed dinners and the friendly atmosphere in the restaurants.
The spa was also a highlight — very relaxing and clean, with professional treatments that made us feel completely refreshed.
Overall, it was a perfect holiday. We felt very well taken care of and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended!

But there is just a negative behaviour happened from one of the hotel stuff but to be fair i cant say that the hotel bad because for this reason there is a lot of good points to mentioned .
I wish if they care about the language of the workers especially in the bars.

One of the Only 5* hotels I have stayed in that really understand to keep adult pool and surroundings Only for adult. Quet and very relaxing. Also family area was excellent with lots of fun.
