The gardens, the pools, the staff, the food, epecially the service. My husband wasn't feeling very well , dehydrated , very high blood pressure, and needed a doctor. The lady that helped wonderfully was Katalina behind the desk in te great lobby. The doctor himself Khaled Hegazy did his upmost, even in the middle of the night. Very professinal with his assistant Ahmed el Hady. He consulted Prof. Mina el Wasef, he came within 20 minutes, we felt very safe and they took good care of him. We will be back certainly, especially because of is this great clinic called 24/7. Best hotel ever, best care!!

From the very beginning, Miss Massaouda welcomed us warmly. She showed us our room, explained the entire resort, and was always there for us throughout our stay. No matter what we needed, she always found a solution. Wow, what incredible service! Our housekeeper Mohamed was extremely attentive. He cleaned our room thoroughly every single day and surprised us with a small thoughtful gesture daily. Truly outstanding! The food and drinks were delicious and of great quality. The restaurant staff were quick, friendly, and consistently focused on the guests’ well-being. We felt extremely comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit.

The staff is beyond friendly and the level of service is extremely high. The waiters remember how you drink your coffee in the morning and what cocktails you drink at the pool. The food in the buffet restaurant is of high quality. lots of variety. The a-la-carte restaurants are a pleasure to eat as well! The average age of the guests in this hotel is pretty high, this is not a party hotel. But if you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place to enjoy the sun, nice drinks, good sunbeds and the feeling of luxury, this is the place for you. There is hardly any entertainment but that was exactly what we were looking for. Will definately come back! Most quests are English (quite old), some German and a couple of Dutch. No Russians, at least, we did not notice them so that was a joy! I would like a special mention for El Sayed and Omar, both working at the frontdesk. They made our holiday even more special because of their exeptional service!

Amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay — 10 out of 10. The staff were super friendly,the location was perfect, and the beach with coral reef was beautiful. The hotel grounds were also wonderful. The VIP-level concierge service made everything even better, thanks to Mariana. Our room was gorgeous and very clean. We especially enjoyed the Oriental à la carte restaurant — the food was delicious and the atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended!
