Stayed for 3 nights — beautiful sandy beach and easy swim access to the “city underwater” for snorkeling. Rooms are new, modern, and very comfortable. Some areas are still under work, but the workers were always respectful of guests and stopped immediately when anyone passed by. The reception staff were friendly and responsive — even though the hotel can get busy, they follow up promptly if any requests are missed. The beach team were especially cheerful and helpful. I had a minor injury on the coral reefs, and they kindly assisted with moving my wheelchair around and provided first aid, which I truly appreciated. The food was fresh, varied, and of good quality. Overall, a pleasant and caring atmosphere — highly recommend for both relaxation and snorkeling.

From the very beginning, Miss Massaouda welcomed us warmly. She showed us our room, explained the entire resort, and was always there for us throughout our stay. No matter what we needed, she always found a solution. Wow, what incredible service! Our housekeeper Mohamed was extremely attentive. He cleaned our room thoroughly every single day and surprised us with a small thoughtful gesture daily. Truly outstanding! The food and drinks were delicious and of great quality. The restaurant staff were quick, friendly, and consistently focused on the guests’ well-being. We felt extremely comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit.

Gravity Hotel saved our holiday! We was staying in a dreadful place before switching to Gravity and wow we absolutely loved it. The place was so clean, all the staff and sales team were so friendly and not pushy An excellent place to stay with many options for couples and for families. We requested a very late checkout and the staff accommodated with ease. Genuinely can't speak highly enough and we would love to return and stay for a month! From observation the staff are on it 24/7 with every single detail. There is a heated pool which was extremely convenient as when we arrived it was still colder. Beautiful beach and sea that once you walk out too is beautiful! The food was amazing. So many options it was unbelievable. Would definitely recommend all inclusive! I am vegetarian and i was not short for options,, i even saw a vegan station that they're working on... Which will be even better! Just a short ride from the breathtaking oldtown and not too far away from the mall!

Karim the host is very approachable, English AND French are his 2nd/3rd well spoken languages. Apartment situated on 1st floor overlooking the gardens and pools below and are a stones throw away from the complexes bar and restaurant. If its calm and tranquility you're looking for, Veranda is the place. Staff here are very pleasant and will go out of the way to help.
