I recently stayed at *Baron Palace Sahl Hasheesh* in Hurghada and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is stunning, with spacious rooms and excellent facilities like pools, a spa, and diverse restaurants. What made my stay truly special was the exceptional service from the staff, especially *Michael* at the front desk. His professionalism, attentiveness, and warm smile made me feel very welcome. Michael went out of his way to handle all my requests efficiently and always had a positive attitude. His genuine care for guests made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its great atmosphere and outstanding service!

We had a fantastic stay at this brand-new hotel, which impressed us from the moment we arrived. The modern décor is stylish and fresh, and the beachfront location is unbeatable, offering beautiful views and a constant and welcome sea breeze. Although we didn’t spend much time on the beach itself, as the sea isn’t ideal for swimming beyond paddling, the nearby jetty offered some decent snorkeling, though it could get quite busy and hectic. Once the hotel’s own jetty is completed, it will definitely enhance the experience for guests. The bedrooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend booking a swim-up room. The pools are spotlessly clean, and we especially loved the double loungers in the infinity pool, which were a big hit. One standout feature was the permanent sunshades and pergolas over all the sunbeds…no more battling with umbrellas! The dining experiences were another highlight. The buffet was consistently high in quality, and we really appreciated being able to book five different à la carte dinners throughout our stay. As a bonus, both the beachfront and Italian restaurants also offer unlimited à la carte options for lunch. The food was absolutely delicious, with generous portions and great variety. One of the most memorable moments of our trip was a wonderful horse ride along the beach right in front of the hotel. The nearby stables (just a five-minute drive away) made it easy to arrange, and it’s an experience I would highly recommend. Another good thing that the hotel offer is free transportation in the hotel golf buggies to nearby shops/attractions or just simply for a ride along the beachfront. You can also hire your own self-drive buggies nearby. What truly made our holiday special was the outstanding level of service from all the staff. Everyone from the gardeners and cleaners to the restaurant teams, were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

Everything was perfect, can not be better. Staff are professional, everyone was welcoming and contineously making sure that everything is going very well. I have been to different 5 star all inclusive resorts in Hurgada and can comfortably say that PLR is the best. I would like to mention the food, surprisengly high quality and good varity, it is rare to find a buffet with different food from different cousines and the quality is that perfect. I have not had the opportunity to visit the A La Cart restaurants but the main restaurant was more than enough for me. Special thanks to Mr Khaled and Mr Mohamed at the reception. Deffinitley coming back soon.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was fully equipped with all the latest appliances. The beach was very close.
