The hotel is very well located and convenient for visiting all parts of the city. The area is quiet even though it is close to the centre. All the staff are extremely friendly. One of us felt unwell after checking out. We returned to the hotel and they provided us with a room free of charge and supported us in every way until the person recovered and we were able to catch our flight. Many thanks to the two girls at reception who were wonderful.

The staff was super good especially keko and mostafa dishaa, they really welcomed us and took care of us. We also did the tours with them, super worth it and value for money, especially the driver Sarwat, he was amazing and we really enjoyed the whole tours, he spoke good English and take us to eat really good food.

It was very spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The lounge area is very big with all the amenities working well. The contact Nagwa was especially helpful and kind. She was on hand at every possible moment to help with anything from answering queries to organising trips. She made the stay especially smooth.
