Everything is just perfect, sea view is beautiful, food is tasty. they have several interesting activity program on beach everyday, and shows in the night. I've recommend this place to all my friends, Will definitely come again. .. That's 100% sure. I love it.

The location of the hotel on the cliff provides super views to the gulf below with spectacular views of the old Sharm and the great mosque. The beach is fantastic in terms of sand, space and sun beds, eating and drinking facilities, snorkelling, and accessibility to the sea directly from the sandy beach. Water activities are available from the hotel beach; the beach personnel are extremely helpful and attentive especially “Mario” who made our vacation super adventurously happy from the glass bottom boat birthday celebration to the parachute rides. Reception personnel like Ahmed El Sayed, Ahmad Khaled, Azab, and Ivan’s were extremely nice and gave us fantastic sea view rooms upon our choice. The main restaurant was very close to our rooms which made the walking trips very easy. Going down to the beach was through a panoramic elevator (about 154 steps) which facilitated a relaxed short journey to the extremely wide open beach. Cleanliness throughout the hotel rooms, restaurants, indoor and outdoor facilities was super. Food was very tasty and varied from one night to the other with a wide variety of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. Everything and everyone we met had a smile on his face which added a nice gesture and made us feel as if we knew these people from before. A big thank you to Albatros Sharm Resort for this wonderful vacation that will definitely be repeated soon. L

Everything that i need in a hotel is here. There are more what I expected. Everyday stuffs cleaned the room perfectly and they were really kind and polite people. Even all of them are kindly and satisfying, two of them helped me so much. So i want to tell them thanks a lot, waleed chef and mohammed ashraf. View of room was amazing and the beach is so closed to rooms and pool also clean and well heated. Everyday they brought things to room to eat fruits and brought clean towels. When anything i need happens they hadn't hesitated to help me. Also the sea was incredible, there are many fishes different colours. Because safir is south of sharm sea normally is not windy and that helps more comfortable swimming experience. Foods are also good and tested. Thanks a lot safir otel. Here is the best one for me.

The facility itself, location, layout, cleanliness, landscape, birds, flowers, etc. are extremely attentive and peaceful. The beauties about the staff started before the check-in. I traveled with my seven-year-old son. I asked for a room close to the beach. We checked late. Our request was met. Islam at the reception offered a very good welcome. I wanted to write a separate paragraph for the restaurant staff. “Chef-i Kebir” Mr. SHENOUDA, his entire team (Mr. Moustapha, Mr. Mahmoud, etc.) have created a real friendship environment for me and my son. Mrs. Samara conducted customer relations surveys every evening for all guests at the table. The food was simply delicious. It was also very diverse. We stayed for eight nights, we had no problems due to food. I will convey an anecdote to be an example of sincerity and closeness: I have a gluten allergy and i told this to Mr.Shenouda the first day. One of the days that continued, while I was taking food, he came to me and pointed to a dish on my plate and said, “There is flour in the sauce of this. Don’t eat this.” I wrote friendship above, I want to give an example of this: during a lunch, my son was video calling with his mother. At that time, Mr. Shenouda came to him. My son handed out his phone to his mother and said, “Look, I want to introduce you to my friend”! How wrong can a seven-year-old child be? Room cleaning and mini bar quality is excellent. Also thanks to house keeper Mr. Hassan. We stayed in the swim-up room. It was very comfortable. Although it is extra, I also recommend the FELLUCA Seafood restaurant. The food quality and presentation are really excellent and top-end.(thans to Mr. Mouhammed) The quality of the beach and underwater is very good. Dive Center is professional. A note for snorkelers and divers: the famous El Fanar beach hotel is 3-4 minutes away by taxi. We went there twice during our stay. There are great snorkeling and diving facilities.

This was a New Year break for my family (children aged 14 and 16). we booked 2 rooms all inclusive. The hotel communication beforehand was fantastic. when we checked in the staff were brilliant, best of all we were given a WIFI data box that we could use both in the hotel and out and about. Our teenagers were so happy and the wifi was perfect throughout the stay even when we took trips out (we had no data in egypt). We were given 2 huge interconnecting rooms, The food was great even though my youngest is very fussy! Breakfast, fresh omlette station and fresh pancakes. Bread rolls, warm food (beans / porridge / boiled eggs / cooked hot dogs), cheese and cold meat station, finally a 'cake' station with doughnuts, croissants and pastries (they were a little dry, but still nice) Lunch, fresh pasta station and french fries. bread and salad bar. Rice (delicious!) with hot food like vegetable stew (i loved this) and various meat stews. almost always some sort of roast chicken or fish. Cake station with strangely coloured cakes which were odd looking (for British people), but were pretty delicious! Dinner - very similar to lunch just different hot stews and there was often a bbq meat section. Basically there was always something for everyone. the drinks were the least varied, just squash/coke/sprite/fanta/tonic plus spirits. we did get a little bored of the same drinks. The service at the hotel was exceptional, the best I have ever experienced. Thank you Mahmoud Samv, Mohamed Shaban, Hossam and Ahmed (house keeping). Those are the names I have but Everyone deserves a mention. Smiles and amazing service. You get a bus to the beach, the coral beach was the best ($3 extra each), The main pool with the slides was cold as it was december, but there is a heated smaller pool. I'd love to return in the warmer months.
