Locations is fantastic. I got front view and is it beautiful to drink coffee in yoir balcony looking at La Concha beach. It was not noisy and very close to Parte Vieja.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. It was also very bright and airy. Getting to the heart of old stone was just a short walk away. We were spoilt for choice when it came to food and shops. Definitely a very convenient location. We were also provided with info and a video of how to get there.

We are regular visitors to San Sebastián and this is our new favourite place to stay. It’s in the heart of the city. With the old town right outside the front door. The beaches are 200mm away. And you’re spoilt for choice for places to eat. The rooms are spotless, and nicely designed. And the free coffee is a bonus. You will also receive a very friendly welcome from the owner. For the price it is excellent value for money.

Everything was perfect. Very nice staff at the reception and at the restaurant during amazing breakfast. Location is very good, at Old Town, close to beach and restaurants.
