It was such a pleasant experience staying here for 5 nights. Though there's no daily housekeeping, if you request for a new towel, the owner is willing to give you one. Very clean and nice. There's a good kitchen and a supermarket 'Dia' near the house, so you can easily cook. Metro Begona is 10 minutes walk, quite near, and very quite local area. You will feel safe and cozy at this area!

The breakfast was exuberant with a plethora of options. The staff were professional and kind. The room had everything that someone may want on their visit (hair dryer, air conditioning, comfy beds e.t.c.).

Very clean And super friendly staff

This sophisticated hotel is located in the 235-metre high SyV Tower, and includes a gym and spa. All rooms have superb views of Madrid as well as free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs.

The room was spacious and clean, with a mini-fridge, plenty of space to place the luggage, kettle (very important for tea and mate 🧉) and a comfy bed. Good amount of power outlets, but sadly not on both sides of the bed (not a problem though, but a nice to have) Breakfast was excellent: delicious and a great variety of foods to choose from.

The professionalism, efficiency and friendliness of the staff. I especially want to highlight Miss Raquel in Reception and Mr Dimitry Maitre and head of the breakfast service.Their extraordinary kindness made our stay even more pleasant. The very big 218 room and bathroom were greatly appreciated.
