Great stay and we rented the same suite again for our return back from Tenerife to Madrid. So 2 stays. Great and friendly staff too! Very quiet area, great insulation, comfy bed, parks near by for a nice walk. All was great.

Very fresh and clean. The rooms were underground which made them super fresh and we didn’t hear a noise from the street. The beds are very comfortable and it was a close walk to the Metro. The owner, Ibby, was very nice and gave us a lot of tips and information and we had the possibility to leave our luggage before the check in so we could explore the city while the apartment was getting ready. I recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable stay in Madrid

Also it has a great location that is only about 4 miles out of Madrid City Center and also close distance from the Airport.
