The host is incredibly warm and welcoming. She does her utmost best to provide a support and solution to any unanticipated challenges that arise in a foreign country. She truly made me feel at home and comfortable knowing that I have a reliable local person around and available, even though I am an extremely private and self reliant person.

Staff were very friendly, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable, and having a restaurant in the hotel was also very useful. It is also near the airport, with a free shuttle service, so great for any traveller.
