We love the breakfast; there is a variety of delicious food selections that suit your taste. Also, make sure to visit Alem Elfegn/ዓለም እልፍኝ for an enjoyable experience with Ethiopian traditional food, coffee, tej/ጠጅ, and the addition of Ethiopian traditional music and dances/እስክስታ. It was a great time at Hayes Hotel. We travel to Addis since more than 13 years and already know the general kindness and hospitality of the Ethiopian people and staff in other hotels. Cozy and clean guesthouse located in a good area. Rooms are spacious and have everything you could want. Personnel is exceptionally friendly and can help with all kinds of issues. Breakfast and food in general is really delicious! Have been here three times now and will come back again soon.

The room was big enough, nicely furnished with a balcony. Bathroom was fine. Bed was comfortable. We had clean towels and sheets, so everything you need. Staff was friendly too.
