The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous, very authentic with a great variety. Staff was very attentive and all the dishes tasted exceptional. The room - Mystique deluxe with own sauna - Truly a feeling of being in Lapland in the heart of Helsinki. Spotless cleaning, very modern and cosy. One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. A leisurely 10 mins stroll to the central station and a 10 mins to the fantastic seaside. Truly a perfect hotel.

I always try to travel on a budget, so was happy to catch a discount on my first stay at Bob W and what can I say — you got me:) I have really enjoyed my stay! the comfort was in everything: the fluffy white towels (lots of them) warm floor and all the nice bottles in the shower. the heavy and cosy blankets, the pillows, the mattress, the crunchy linens — I had the best sleep! the complimentary tea and coffee in the beautiful tea and coffeepot and handmade ceramic cups — makes the morning extra nice because you can grab something to eat in Lidl downstairs and your breakfast is sorted; all the kitchen utensils and a fridge, a toaster and a stove, so you can actually cook a real meal (and put your dishes into a dishwasher afterwards). the details like a phone charger, a hairdryer; a yoga matt, water bottles that you can borrow. the tv with netflix. and all the buttons that you can use to control the light in the room — I loved it:) everything makes sense!!! I felt very cosy and secure and I had a proper rest and didn’t want to leave 😅 and just a general aesthetic is really nice and modern and cosy and clean. and all the extra hangers and the hooks in the room so you can actually store your clothes and bags. also you’re amazing with the access to the luggage room for a whole day after check-out — that saved my day and my back! definitely will remember my stay and will recommend to my friends!

Located 20 mins by foot from Central Railway Station, a nice spacious quiet basic apartment with a small balcony facing the inner yard. Very clean. Nice shower, nice queen sized double bed, big enough kitchen, good Wifi, etc. Nothing really to complain about, but it's been a while since the last full renovation, meaning small things such as that the apartment door was a bit cranky, etc. We were really happy and will definitely stay here again.

Everything was very clear from the get go: how to get the keys, house rules etc. The host made sure to explain everything ahead of time. :) The place is more spacious than you would expect, you are provided instructions for using the appliances, and it comes equipped with some toiletries and basic non-perishable food items in the pantry & fridge. I would say that it would be most suitable for 1 - 2 people max though. It's overall very quiet - I could not hear the neighbors unless someone was opening a door lock nearby. I was not expecting this from an apartment building, honestly. The view is really nice aswell and since I was there at the right time I could see blooming cherry trees through the window. For those it matters to: the heating can be regulated & the apartment gets evening sun & sunset views. The location was very great for my short stay, with walking distance to the concert venue (Tavastia) I was headed to, tram stop basically on your doorstep (if you are bothered by tram noise though, beware) and direct connection with Katajanokka harbor. The area also features lots of restaurants and other businesses plus the Kamppi Shopping centre which has metro access and a 24 hour grocery store should you be out late. I would say, all bases covered! Oh, yeah - very big bonus brownie points for the very cool and friendly host and, by my standards, fast replies to any questions, concerns etc.

Truely a one of a kind experience!! The owner was more than willing and kind, taking the effort to bring us sleds since we visited on a icy day! The apartment is beautiful and unique, equiped with board games, art supplies, ukulele, a record player, chargers, shower neccesities and more... The apartment is not far from the center which makes it very easy to go and explore the town. We will be returning here again!
