This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. A wonderful, comfortable bed, clean fresh linens, and everything thoughtfully arranged to make living here a real pleasure. The managers were incredibly quick to respond on WhatsApp, the neighborhood was great, and the room felt cozy and well-designed. I truly want to come back. Honestly, 50% of my impression of the city came from my amazing temporary home at Bob W. Guys, keep up the great work—you have a fantastic place and excellent service!

The place is very modern with all the necessities you could ask for at a very reasonable price. Couldn't recommend somewhere more and would gladly stay again if we return to Helsinki. Instructions to get in were clear and made the trip memorable just be sure to message the property owner.

Modern and new! I love the concept of having communal spaces, like kitchen, laundrette and the offer of luggage storage are all fantastic! (Especially we could hang around and rest before taking our Santa Claus Express overnight train). The location is fantastic as well, where most sights are within good walking distance, including the railway station. There is a grocey stall nearby as well, which is such a plus. Although the check-in is all online and there is no physical reception, communication was prompt and smooth over whatsapp. Our queries and concerns are all addressed timely. So good is our stay that we returned for another night with them after our lapland trip before flying home. Highly recommend!

Amazing hotel - big rooms, nice decor, interior. Breakfast is really delicious with plenty of different options. But most important - employees are really nice and helpfull (from team on reception, team in the restaurant). Additional positive think - we got also bikes to ride around the city - without extra charge. Would highly recommend it.
