Absolutely lovely stay thanks to amazing people creating this hotel. At our arrival Christoph has given us all the information needed and was very helpful and charming (he also helped us with reservation at the Plage les Pirates - Pinede, in my opinion the nicest beach in Juan les Pins). Our room had a beautiful, spacious balcony with the view of the neighborhood. Charming swimming pool and the breakfast outdoor with a very nice choice of local products have made our short vacation even nicer. I’m already planning my next stay.

Very nice and cozy boutique hotel, with great location, allowing the reach of 3-4 beaches within a 5-10 minute walk. Very friendly staff who accommodated our request to store our baby stroller downstairs, Super comfortable bed, sizeable bathroom. Gated parking in garden available for a €15/day fee. There is a swimming pool though we never used it.

Wonderful stay! The location is excellent — not far from the sea and next to a small, pleasant park.
The staff were absolutely fantastic — very attentive, welcoming, and made us feel like valued guests. They were especially kind to our child, often chatting and interacting with them, which was really heartwarming.
The hotel itself is beautiful, located in a stunning historic building with stylish, elegant interiors. We especially loved the charming vintage elevator — it's quite small (a bit tricky with a stroller), but so unique and full of character.
Breakfasts were excellent, and the food overall was delicious.
