The enclosed beds are cozy, comfortable & the stairs to the top bunk are easy to climb. (A REAL plus at my age!) The atmosphere was calm and welcoming. In fact, in a moment of anxiety when I was a real a**, the manager met me with patience and grace that made me feel less of a fool. I highly recommend this hostel.
