Everything is just great! The apartment is small, but enough for two. Everything is clean and tidy. The shower is great, comfortable, towels are clean. And the view from the bed is just a bomb! Large, beautiful terrace with a coffee machine. On the fourth floor. There is a lift. Parking in the yard under the windows. The Croisette is 1 km away on foot. The owner left instructions for the settlement, everything is convenient and comfortable. I recommend for a romantic holiday for two.

The location is unrivalled, only about 20 metres from the beach and right in the heart of the buzz of point croissette. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It seemed well equipped but we ate out instead of cooking. Amazing walks around to take in the port and access Cannes centre.

Everything is really good. The location is perfect, near the best beaches such as plage bijou and not really far from train station or old cannes. Pretty quiet area. Good size studio with confortable feel. Will come back for sure.
