What a great way to stay at Lille!
A spacious, carefully and lovingly furnished room with an in-room sauna and a modern, state-of-the-art bathroom expected us, and we were introduced to it by Lily, the extremely friendly receptionist who made us feel welcome right from the start.
It wasn't her fault that our car couldn't access the underground garage, and it was a nice touch that we were not charged for it, although we had reserved.

Hosts/family are so welcoming, kind & helpful.
The two large doors that open up to the balcony was so lovely.
Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot & great.
Little kitchen with all we needed.
Location is convenient to train stations, shopping & restaurants
Highly recommend. We wanted to stay longer.

Stayed for three nights but only two partially used toilet paper rolls were provided.
There was also an issue with the hot water turning cold midway through the shower.
However, the host was responsive and provided prompt assistance when contacted.
