It was my first time in Lyon, and this place is just excellent. Every staff there is so wonderful ❤️ 💖 💕 and very professional. It was like they knew before. The room, facilities, amenities, dining area are all exceptionally neat 👌. The young gentleman who was looking after tables in the dining area was so pleasant and friendly. The location of the hotel is very perfect - near the big shopping centre and not very far away from the big train station. The gentleman and lady who welcomed me on Friday night were very professional, understanding and very accommodating. The two ladies who assisted me Saturday morning were so great 👍 and friendly. I am telling my friends and colleagues about the warmth, cleanliness and homely nature of this hotel so that they can also come there next time they visit Lyon.

The studio is spacious, clean, modern, and in an exceptional location. It is right next to a tram stop, a metro station, a train station, as well as a large shopping center (Westfield La Part-Dieu). The balcony and the view of the city from the 14th floor are particularly impressive. The accommodation exceeded our expectations, especially considering the standards in France for this type of lodging.

First of all the view from 14th floor is absolutely amazing 🤩. The studio although it is not very big has been arranged in such a way as to maximize space and provide maximum comfort. Everything that we needed during our stay was there, as discribed on booking. A big plus was also the comunication with Mathieu, the owner. He was very kind and helpful when we asked for his support.

This apartment was perfect, the size is great and it was so much more than what I expected. Getting into the apartment was easy, the owner/host gave me the code to the apartment and the key we retrieved on a locked box. Also really appreciated how fast the host was with responding to any of the questions I had, we used WhatsApp to stay in touch since that was easier for me. The view is great on both sides (from the living room and also from the bedroom) the kitchen was a very good size as well. the bed was big and comfortable, the internet was fast, and the living room had such a beautiful chandelier. Getting to the apartment was very good too, it's a 20 minute walk from Part-Dieu station/ Rhonexpress stop. there are a lot of stores and boulangeries around. This was my first time ever in France and I could not be happier with my stay, I had zero issues and like I mentioned before the host was extremely great. Oh yeah, the metro station is literally 30 seconds away from the apartment and we loved the convenience of it, Lyon has a great metro system and getting to Place Bellecour was so fast.!
