The apartment is new and clean, the view outside the balcony is fantastic, the owner is a nice lady. This is the highlight of my entire Europe trip.

Everything was perfect. The room was big and sunny. The bed is perfect and it was enough place for the parents and small child. The kitchen is small but you could make easy something for eat. We were at the beginning of the September, so it was ok, without condition. The location is one of the top places, the beach is on the other side of the road. It is very comfortable, bec the stones are small and it is pleasant to go into the sea. You can walk along the embankment to the center, enjoying the beautiful view. Many thanks to the owner, he offered a late check-out from the apartment, which was extremely convenient for us. We will stay one more time in this apartment next time!

The view is priceless, it’s definitely worth paying a bit more to have a room with a view! The staff are really nice and I think it seems more than a 3 star. Only thing is, slippers aren’t complimentary, they must be asked for and are 5€ a pair. The table on our balcony was broken, they kindly replaced it immediately and didn’t charge us for the slippers due to the inconvenience. I thought that was very nice. Location is perfect! Can’t comment on the breakfast as I didn’t have it.

Probably the best possible view you can get in Nice! We enjoyed the sunrise. Great terrace, bathroom, beds, welcome wine. Staff has remarkable composure!
