Convenient location for what we wanted to visit. Self contained cooking facilities and dining table were much appreciated but lots of eateries nearby. Wonderful Japanese style courtyard but too cold to sit out there in earlyMay. Friendly and helpful owner. Reasonably priced by Paris standards.

The appartment is spacious and cozy. The hosts answered very quickly, the check-in was easy- we followed all the instructions the host sent to us, we were greeted by Fabienne who showed us the flat. During the check-out we just left the keys on the table and left. The location is safe and pleasant, the supermarket is 2 mins walk. The metro is close. It was very quite, we didnt hear the neighbours at all. I would recommend the appartment for staying in Paris

The hotel presents a balance between comfort, cleanliness and price. Tovels and bed were clean all the time. I can say that most of the people will definetely like the breakfast.
