From the reception staff,Nayeem, Dennis, and the Gentleman who served us breakfast, they were very good, and we are truly thankful for top-notch service.
Nayeem at the reception was very helpful with giving us information about the city and even went ahead to upgrade our room to ordering us a taxi.
The customer service of this boutique hotel should be rated a 5star.
Value for money, and I highly recommend the hotel.
Will definitely be staying here again when in Paris.

Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed such as toiletries, coffee machine and lots of hanging space (with plenty of hangers for once!) The staff were also extremely nice especially the young man who works the night shift - he was always alert, friendly and had our room key ready to hand as soon as he saw us walk through the door ☺️

So much to like. Location and proximity to Champs Elysees, Eiffel Tower, many gardens, Louvre, etc. The room was in an apartment block so we felt immersed into a French neighbourhood. Such good local bistro’s within a stones through.
