The location was excellent - it was near different metro stations and a train station. Also after walking for three minutes there was a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was exceptional! They did everything to do our stay pleasant and went out of the way to help us out even after check out. The bed was very comfortable with a soft warm blanket in addition. Would definitly check for free rooms here for my next visit!

I have visited Paris around 6-8 times over the past 20 years. I have never enjoyed my time there, as Parisians have always been rude and arrogant. This experience completely changed my perspective of Paris. This is a neighborhood south of the Seine and made up of mostly locals. We were greeted by friendly passersby on the street and received warmly in restaurants, cafes, and stores. The apartment itself is not just situated in a lovely Parisian neighborhood but it is a wonderful apartment. It was very spacious with an extensive balcony that offered a couched seating area AND a table with 4 chairs. It is well-equipped with 2 bedrooms with double beds and a pullout couch in the living room. The apartment also has what appears to be a playpen or mobile baby cot in the closet with a baby mattress. There are basic provisions in the kitchen (sugar, coffee, etc) and bathroom (body wash, shampoo, etc). There is one air conditioning unit that is located in the living room, therefore bedroom rooms should be left open, should you decide to close the glass doors/windows to minimize the street noise during the night. The elevator provided easy access to the apartment and to the garbage disposal. The front door of the building is security code protected and provided us with a sense of safety. The instructions from the proprietors made the entry simple and straightforward. There is no need to search for keys or meet an individual, everything is electronic on-site. Finally, we found that the neighbors in the building are friendly and welcoming, creating an even more enjoyable experience!

The location was perfect. It had everything you will need during your stay. The property was well stocked. Check-in and check-out was easy. Host was very accommodating. There more than 3 grocery stores right next to property, pharmacies, a mall, shopping stores and lots of dinning options. We had a great time there. The location is everything, definitely coming back.
