The location is amazing and safe. The staff is top-notch. It’s such a nice touch that there are free snacks and really delicious coffee—this is truly valuable. There are also lovely little extras like face masks and plenty of other additions to make your stay comfortable. And oh, the view from the window… chef’s kiss!

Nice little hotel with comfy rooms and good buffet breakfast. Staff speaks good English and is very helpful. Sergio at the reception even remembered our room number and was welcoming us with a big smile every time we returned. We had a quiet room on the 4th floor, which had a big comfortable bed and the room was cleaned every day. Although the room was on the smaller side, it had enough space for storing our luggage. It also had a closet for clothes and a safe for valuables. All in all, we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to all the major landmarks and museums. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Great location, clean rooms, and well-maintained facilities. Very close walk to the museums, super convenient. Staff were very nice and friendly, and they took the booking notes quite seriously (check-in/out times, special preferences for rooms, etc.). We really enjoyed our stays here.
