I had booked a pool view room and to my surprise there was an oversight when I arrived, and I was given a room with a street view. Having realized that it was a mistake, they have rectified the situation without me even asking. This was exceptional spur-of-the-moment decision making by the front desk which was greatly appreciated. They have upgraded me to a suite. I had the best experience I could ask for. It was truly a magical stay having read all about the history of the hotel.
