It‘s near the sea, no problems with car parking, the facilities in the building are very modern and new. Dragos, the receptionist, reserved a table for us in a very nice restaurant nearby. The breakfast is fantastic. If we’ll return to Brighton, we would chose The Charm again.

Michael and Paul have put a lot of thought into the needs of travelers. From stationery on the desk, charging cords both sides of the bed, treats in the fridge to robes in the wardrobe, everything was designed to make for a hassle-free stay.
While not forcing themselves upon their guests, I nevertheless found them to be bright and entertaining company and actually sought them out to sit and chat when the opportunity arose.
I’d happily stay again when next in the Brighton area.

We loved everything about this hotel. From the friendly welcome when we arrived, the location was great. The decor is quirky tasteful and cozy. The bed is super comfy and the fry up breakfast in the morning was absolutely exceptional. We would 100% recommend staying here.

The apartment was in a very central location. An easy 10 minute walk to the pier, the apartment was comfortable and very well stocked. The owners had provided some yummy snacks as a surprise bonus. We really wish we hadn’t arrived so late and had more time in the apartment. The hosts were lovely and communicative and easy going about our late arrival to the property.
