Funky Urban Jungle feels super authentic and cosy. Old house with high ceilings, wood panels, rooms decorated with love so one feels safe and homely from start. Floorboard squeaks here and there but honestly just adds charm. Breakfast coffee was top notch and Yan really puts heart into it so guest feels looked after. Location is brilliant - close to centre but still quiet and safe street. Parking easy with digital check just use the white line spots outside. And yes bathroom is private even if not inside the room itself, its just next door. Best part in the mornings some cute squirrels show up at the breakfast table, Yan even feeds them like little garden guests, such a fun thing to watch. Against all expectations staying here turned out to be the most fond memory of Cardiff. Thanks Yan for the warm welcome and care. Also greetings to David if he ever reads this.
