This is an incredible an amazing place to stay. The treatment and the care received was the best. Is so comfortable and clean. And also is a beauty place to stay in Edinburgh. One of best things is the view of the city and the huge and beauty rooms. 100% recommended.

Super quiet and peaceful accomodation in a nice neighbourhood. Very easy to park around. Our host is very welcoming and gracious, full of care. The room is spacious, prefectly clean and beautifully decorated. We felt like home and slept very well in the comfy bed. We appreciated the large bathroom with bathtub (and even bathsalts!). 100% recommended.
This modern hotel has a quiet location with easy access by bus to the city centre, 3.2 km away. It is 8 km from Edinburgh Airport and offering parking and air-conditioned rooms.

Clean and comfortable room. The house is well organised, kind personnel and the restaurant in the 1st floor serves delicious food. Bus station is less than 2 minutes away from the hotel and goes straight to the city centre

We liked everything about the property. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Jamie and Claire attended us. The room and the view was awesome.
They could work out on a bit of more lighting in the room. Rest everything was perfect. Location was perfect with bus No 26 & 31 coming just at the door of the hotel. So no worries of going out to city.
I would strongly recommend the property.

This was perfect for where we needed to be which was close to the murrayfield stadium. The flat is so nice and comfortable and the pictures on the site do not so it justice. Its so much nicer. Free parking too and haymaket station is also 15mins walk which is a 5mins trip on the train. Definitely recommend this property for a stay

Great location, easy to get to from airport or to city centre. Immaculate clean, nice and warm and comfortable space- feeling like home. Great price too! Amazing host who was willing to help even when arriving late at night and WiFi was fast and reliable.
