The staff are very friendly and always say hello when you are leaving the hotel or arriving. The room is a perfect size and has everything you could possibly need. The location is excellent. I travel to Edinburgh for 1 weekend per year and will certainly book here again next year.

Perfect location, short walk to the centre of town. Modern and well furnished. Communication from the host was excellent throughout and even kindly allowed us early access to freshen up prior to the graduation we were visiting for. Parking available in the multi story across the road, expensive but convenient. Can’t fault a thing!

The location of the appartment was fantastic. Roomy for a family of 4 and very comfortable. Only a 5 minute walk from Edinburgh train station. Restaurants/Bars/Coffee and Convenience Store directly under the appartment. 40m from main Royal Mile precinct , so it's awesome for travellers.
