A great little flat in a great location. Very well equipped and it felt very cosy and comfortable. Lots of thoughtful touches. We would love to stay again but unfortunately the flat is up for sale.

This is a gorgeous apartment in Portobello with lots of character. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Loved the hot water tap for my morning coffee. Great location - the best of both worlds! Easy access to Edinburgh City centre but slightly away from the hustle and bustle of city life, where you can enjoy a walk along the beach. I messaged the owner for some extra details and they were exceptionally helpful and suggested some lovely places to eat nearby. Would love to return here someday and highly recommend to anybody looking to stay in Edinburgh, especially in the summer months!

The Beach house was great and clean, with a beautiful view to the sea. We liked the hot tube very much. And the sunrise from there was just perfect 😊

I would put 11 out of 10, I could! It was a dream-like stay. Fantastic expirience! My husband had a birthday, so the host kindly decorated the room for us and gifted a birthday card (with a wonderful view of Edinburgh, so we definetly will hang it on the wall in our house). The rooms are very comfy, and the breakfast was delicious!

Everything was carefully thought. It’s a great experience to stay here. Everybody was super kind and welcoming. The room had everything we needed and thing we didn’t know we needed. It was awesome.
