Really enjoyed our stay! Room was quirky, clean and very comfortable. Ate here also and very much enjoyed the food. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Easy walk to Edinburgh Waverly train station and all of Edinburgh, including the Royal Mile.

Location: Central location.You have the option to climb stairs (2mins) or take the scenic 10min-ish route to the hotel. The train station is just across the road. If you take the bus from the airport,it's a 7min-ish walk from the last stop. Room: Cosy bedroom with a kitchenette,washer dryer and other necessities. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was clean. Well worth the money spent. Truly! The staff were kind and helpful. Always greeted us with a smile. Will definitely stay here again.

I took a risk when booking this accommodation as there was zero review as it was new to booking.com. But the risk was worth it! The place was spacious and clean! It felt luxurious and we had a nice view of the street from our apartment. The apartment was so comfortable that my family and I would rather buy take out and enjoy our time eating in the apartment. I regret staying there for only two nights. Would definitely come back and stay again for longer nights!

Perfectly located for great bars, bistros, shops and many sights. Beautifully decorated. We ate out throughout our stay but it has everything for cooking and dining. Spotlessly clean and lovely and warm. We were allowed to drop off our luggage early, thanks to the owner. Nothing at all negative to say and I know we will be back to stay there soon.
