Very nice small hotel in the middle of Surbiton. Basic but very clean and well managed. Rooms very good and comfortable. Modern lay out. Tea and coffee available in room.

Free Parking facilities! Was perfect for our trip. The host was responsive and very clean property. Facilities inside the apartment were brilliant. Would definitely return in the future.

Really lovely hotel. The staff is wonderful especially the ones on breakfast duty. They go above and beyond.
Breakfast was amazing as it was made fresh for each and every guest.
Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was well lit and clean. Ice machine on 1st floor.
Quiet. Plenty of parking. Perfect location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Walking from Hampton wick train station and Kingston marketplace. Enjoyed walking to and from the bridge.
We really loved it. Will definitely stay here again next time we r there.
