The room was spacious, clean and loved that 3 of us could be in one room. We didn't eat in the hotel, other than to buy pot noodles at 3am on return from a night out, which we thought was a genuis idea to have at reception. We did drink in the hotel bar which had a lovely ambience, very friendly. The location was great, walking distance to the centre and easy to find. Overall very happy with the hotel and will definitely return. When i checked in, a friend had already checked in prior to me arriving and the staff member called reception to confirm it was ok for us to join, that she was indeed expecting us. This is a good process. The door staff member at 3am also asked for our details to check we should be there which was great in terms of safety of persons staying.

The staff members were all lovely and super helpful. The flat was really well cleaned, spot on, very modern, with the possibility to heat it up and warm arrives quickly. I was sad to only stay one night! Will keep the place in mind for next time, for sure!

The location was ideal for me due how close it was to the M&S Arena. It also had onsite parking and key fob access meaning that my vehicle was safe at all times. Rose who owns this property is fantastic, I needed my vehicle to stay a little longer in the complex due to my event and she was more than happy to accommodate this and helped me out no end via text communication. Also I must give special mention to her Dad that I briefly met, lovely man. The property was super clean, tidy and very warm which for this time of year is spot on. Free WiFi, everything you need for the kitchen, including an air fryer to my surprise. Rose, thank you so much for a wonderful stay. I cannot recommend this place enough and will definitely use again when I return to Liverpool.

The location was perfect. Beautiful view of the docks. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The apartment had everything you needed. Great value for money. The host gave clear instructions how to access apartment. It was easy to find apartment and enter building.
